Black TN Comfort Kits

Now the lifelong wear resistance of Titanium Plating is available in a Black Titanium Finish. The dark gray/black finish has a distinctive look.

These pen and pencil kits have 7mm tubes, but feature a larger center band, resulting in a finished pen or pencil with a larger girth than the slimline pens and pencils. At the writing end is a silicone rubber gripping sleeve that makes using these pen and pencils a pleasure. The clip features a ball end for a classic look. They can be made without the rubber sleeve for a diferent look. The Pencil is a click type that uses .7mm lead. The comfort pens and pencils are turned on our Standard Pen Mandrel using the comfort pen bushings.

Bushings: Bushings are needed to turn the project on the pen mandrels we offer. The bushings are used to size the outside diameter of the workpiece correctly for the specific project. They are also used to adapt the pen mandrel for project tubes larger than the mandrel shaft. Only one set of bushings are needed for many kits. After the bushings are worn down from sanding they will need replacing.
