Veritas Deep Calipers

These quality calipers were designed to reach into deep vessels to measure wall thickness. They are great for getting into closed forms that have a limited access. With this design the caliper is not angled and therefore gives the truest measurement. The curved leg has a spring that allows the caliper to be removed from the vessel without marring it. Then the leg springs back showing the thickness. Made of brass and black oxided steel that resists rust.

We offer two sizes of Deep Caliper: the small size that will measure vessels up to about 6" deep and the large size that will measure vessels up to about 12" deep.
