One man made 15,000 turnings in four years with his Vega Duplicator! This duplicator is easy to use and can pay for itself in a short period of time.
The Vega Duplicator has a handwheel the operator turns to move the cutter along the turning while a stylus follows either an original turning or a template. The stylus follower is held against the template automatically by a spring, manually with hand control or a combination of the two. Cuts can be made in either direction. There are stops to limit left and right travel and a micro adjustable stop to repeat the finished turning size. It is designed to fit most lathes with a swing between 10" and 16". Lathes with a maximum swing greater than 16” require larger mounting bracketts and an extra charge. When ordering please state the make and model of your lathe, size of swing and bed type.
