Shipping and Return Policy


SHIPPING


Standard Shipping:

Our current standard shipping is ground shipping only, and charges are based on order total before shipping. Standard shipping does not include any heavy item or handling charges and those charges will be added to the standard shipping cost.

We currently ship via UPS and USPS. For orders placed Monday - Friday, most orders ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday generally ship the next business day. 

We will contact you promptly via either the email address or phone number you provided, if any items in your order are out of stock and must be backordered. 

Most customers receive their orders within two to six business days, but carrier delays may affect this. 

For customers choosing expidited shipping such as Second Day Air or Next Day Air, please keep in mind that weekends and federal holidays may affect your transit time.

We double check each order for accuracy and pack it carefully to help prevent damage during shipping. Please call, email or write to us immediately if you have any problem with your shipment.

Please Note: The USPS and UPS are still experiencing delays due to an unprecedented volume increase and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. This has added delays in processing and mail handling, including package scans. 


If your order is coming via USPS:  


USPS has been struggling to scan packages at every point in progress, but please note, that doesn’t mean your package has been lost.  Please be patient and remember that we’re all in this together. As much as we would love to have the superpower, there is nothing we can do to speed up package delivery. Refunds will not be available for delayed delivery, as this is out of our control. A package will not be considered missing until 7 days have passed after the last scan.

This is most likely the fastest way to get information and get your package moving again within this system.


You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information when the shipping label is printed. After you receive your notification it may take 2-3 business days for USPS tracking details to show.

Your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it? It’s been several days since your package was scanned and it is late? Your package arrived damaged or broken? 

You can reach out directly to UPS HERE to file a claim. You can start a UPS claim within 60 days of the scheduled delivery for packages that have been lost or damaged.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Packard Woodworks, you may return the merchandise postage paid, in new condition, in the original packaging (if possible) within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it or refund the purchase price of that item. 

Please Note: 

  • DVDs cannot be returned unless defective.
  • We cannot accept returns on used items such as dust masks due to the personal nature of the product.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% where applicable. 
  • Exchanges may be subject to shipping and handling charges. 

Please pack the item carefully and include your full name, original packing slip or a copy and your instructions as to what you want us to do. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
