The stock S16 Banjo is large and heavy so that you can use it over the gap without vibration. Some users find it clumsy for fine work, like a finial. In that case, you may want this smaller banjo that is still strong and sturdy, but shorter and lighter weight. Buy it with your lathe or add it later. Toolrest not included.
