Black Palm (Borassus flabellifer) is a tropical hardwood that grows in Southeast Asia. It is hard, dense, and stringy with a very distinctive grain pattern. Black Palm can be difficult to work and requires very sharp tools, but the results are rewarding. 

These blanks measure 1-1/2" sq x 12" in length.
