Thumbnail Filmstrip of Zebrawood Pen Blanks - 5 pack Images
Zebrawood (Microperlinia brazzavillensis) grows in Western Africa (specifially in Cameroon and Gabon). The heartwood ranges from a cream to light brown and has dark blackish brown streaking throughout. Zebrawood has an interlocked grain that can be difficult to cut clearly, as well as a fairly coarse texture with large pores. It has an unpleasant smell when worked.
Our pen blanks measure 3/4" square and vary in length from 5" - 6".
Sold in packs of 5.
