Now you can easily cut a flat on a rough log or piece of firewood to attach a faceplate or screwchuck. Maximum log length is 21". This sled system is used to cut raw wood logs square so they can be processed via band saw into usable lumber or project wood. The user attaches a log or other irregular shaped piece of wood to the mill with the two clamps provided. The piece can slide by the blade cutting a flat on one side. The piece can then be placed back on the mill flat side down and cut a second time to create a 90 degree angle on one side of the wood. This allows the user to place the raw wood securely against their fence to re-saw off pieces for projects. The Log Mill slides in the miter slot of the bandsaw.

 The steel miter guide bar adjusts to get a perfect fit on standard 3/4" x 3/8" bandsaw miter slots only.
