The 20″ Bed Extension extends the distance between centers to 56" or mounts on the side of the bed to give better access to turnings. The bed extension can also be placed in a lower position at the end of the lathe to allow for a larger swing. It includes a riser block for the tailstock and an extension piece for the tool rest base so the standard tool rest can be used.
