SKU: 142612 Wolverine Dressing Attachment

If a grinding wheel is not "dressed", cleaned of metal particles and flattened, it will not grind efficiently, producing poor results. A lot of grinding frustration is eliminated by keeping your grinding wheel in the best possible shape. The optional Dressing Attachment uses a single point diamond, held in an arm that is moved across in front of the grinding wheel surface. The diamond is adjusted towards the wheel using the knob. The jig can be adjusted to remove as little as .003" per pass.
