      The MB-100 allows jigs to be used on the side of the diamond wheels leaving a completely flat bevel which is preferred on some tools and yields a stronger edge.  
      The Multi base has an adjustment line that allows you to fix the optimal sharpening position for each tool and jig for sharpening on the side of the wheel..  
      It can be mounted vertically or horizontally.  

      The MB-100 Multi Base is only used with the Diamond Wheels with the following Tormek Jigs: 
      Knife Jig, Long Knife Jig, Small Knife Holder, Scissors Jig, Axe Jig, 
      Short Tool Jig, Gouge Jig, Multi Jig, Square Edge Jig Tool Rest.
