      Seal-A-Cell is a special, low odor, combination of oils, urethanes and waxes that penetrates into the wood to bring out the natural look of the wood.  
      Seal-A-Cell is perfect to use before Arm-R-Seal or other top coats (including water based) for maximum protection. Only one coat of Seal-A-Cell is needed. Colorants may be added to make a stain base under a top coat. Application is easy using a cloth or brush even in a dusty environment.  
      It is important to wipe off any excess before drying. Drying time is 12-24 hours (48 hours for water based top coats.)
