The Exterior Rest has a 6" radius and is 12" long. The post is positioned in the middle of the rest. The Exterior Rest can also be used on the inside of more shallow bowls.

These heavy duty toolrests are made of 1/2" thick by 1-1/4 tall stainless steel. They won't rust and should last a lifetime. Shaped with a gentle curve, one is for the interior, the other for the exterior. Both have a 1" diameter post. Two that is 4-1/2" long. Overall height is 6" or 7-3/4" for Powermatic lathes.
