Without the guesswork, setting up and coring a bowl is enjoyable and fast. This Laser Attachment can only be used with the original BowlSaver. It is easy to use and is the best way to predict where the knife is going to cut in the wood blank. Rotating the the arm of the Laser Attachment shows the path of the cutter will take. It matches the path of the laser traced across the outside of the bowl.

The laser has a post that attaches to the pivot bolt of the Bowl Saver (not for use on the Bowl Saver Max). It has an arm that holds a laser pen positioned in line with the cutter.
