This is a drill chuck that fits in the #2 Morse Taper of your headstock or tail stock. The Key Chuck can used to hold miniature stock for turning, or to hold drill bits in the tailstock for boring weed pots, tool handles or depth holes. The maximum holding capacity is 1/2" diameter. The Morse Taper is threaded with 1/4" x 20 tpi for use with a draw bar.
