This is a drill chuck that fits in the #1 Morse Taper of your headstock or tail stock. This 1/2" Key Chuck can used for grabbing small turnings or pen mandrels on the headstock or a drill bit in the tailstock for boring weed pots, tool handles, or depth holes. The maximum holding capacity is 1/2" diameter. Accepts a 1/4-20 draw bolt.
