The Shure Grip Handles from Oneway Manufacturing are popular with people who want a solid handle that can be easily equipped with unhandled gouges. These rugged handles are made of steel and covered with thick plastic. This design helps to absorb vibration during roughing cuts and adds stability for finishing cuts.

Each Shure Grip handle measures 1-1/4" in diameter with a 1/2" diameter hole in one end and a 5/8" diameter hole in the other end. The Short Handle measures 12" long and weighs 1-3/4 lbs. Two set screws are positioned at either end to hold the tool securely. The length of the tool can be adjusted easily by sliding it in or out of the handle.

We also offer two adaptors which fit into the 5/8" hole in either handle. The first one steps the hole down to 3/8" for smaller tools while the second steps the hole up to 3/4" for holding larger tools.
