SKU: 101859 #1 Hunter Tapered Tools - Set of 3

The Hunter Taper Tools were designed by professional woodturner and teacher Mark St. Leger to make ornaments and small vessels .

Using these three tools a wide variety of small hollow forms can be created.

• #1 Tapered Straight Tool: used for initial hollowing and inside bottom of vessels.
• #1 Tapered Hook Tool: used to hollow out to the side wall of vessels, ornaments.
• #1 Tapered Shoulder Tool: used to reach the upper section of the ornament or vessel.

Each tool measures shank 3/8" diameter by 8" and uses a #1 Hunter Carbide Cutter. The end of the tools is tapered to allow for good access though small openings. The steel has a black oxide finish to protect it from corrosion. The tools come unhandled and include a Torx wrench.
