The Hunter Osprey Tool is designed replicate the angle of a bowl gouge. It gives a smooth finish cut on bowls with the 5/16" #2 Hunter Carbide Cutter included with the tool. The cutter is mounted on a 1/2" diameter by 6" round shank that is fitted with a 15" ash handle. Instructions and wrench are included.
